Delivery stream
Delivery stream focuses on digital transformation through the development of software solutions, business process management, data processing and analysis for strategic decision-making, system integration, and maintenance of key banking and business systems.
Operations stream
Operations stream is dedicated to the security and efficiency of operations, ensuring system stability and compliance. This segment oversees IT security and infrastructure management, as well as key operational functions, including the Governance team that ensures compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. It also encompasses Card & Payment systems, which ensure safe and reliable processing of payment transactions.
Business and HR operations
Business and HR Opertions team plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. We manage key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, payroll, and benefits administration. Additionally, we oversee general administrative operations, workplace management, and corporate services to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions. Our mission is to create a positive and productive workplace culture that aligns with NLB Group’s strategic vision.
